Gregory W. Malloy

Greg has been in the property/casualty insurance business for
over 40 years. After graduating from St. Michael's College in 1969,
Greg joined Crum & Forster Insurance in New York City. He held numerous branch office positions until moving to
home office as VP of Marketing in 1982. He became Sr. VP of Marketing and Field Operations in 1987.
During that time, he was responsible for US and Canadian branch operations, the development of C&F Custom Agency strategy,
Product Development and the C&F Agency Owned Captive Program. He left C&F in 1997 to start PMC Insurance Group.

David Malloy
Chief Operating Officer

|
David joined PMC in 2004 as Sales Executive. In 2008 he was promoted
to Chief Operating Officer, responsible for sales, service and overall
operations. A 1999 graduate of St. Bonaventure University, David joined
Marsh & McLennan as a Client Services Advisor in their financial and
professional liability department. He left MMC in 2002 to join AIG as New
England Regional Sales Manager.

Andrew Shaw
Vice President

Andy, a graduate of Keene State College, has over 15 years of property & casualty insurance experience.
He has held various management positions with AIG, Royal Sun & Alliance and EBI Companies in Loss Control,
Operations and Underwriting. Prior to joining PMC in 2006, Andy was the Boston Underwriting Manager for AIG
Specialty Workers Compensation division where he was responsible for the underwriting and marketing for New England.
Subsequently he relocated to AIG's home office in Parsippany, NJ as the Vice President of Marketing & Policyholder
Services with responsibilities for marketing, loss control and claims services on a national level.

Philip J. Fleming III
Sales Executive

Phil has an extensive Workers' Compensation background with over 20 years in the field. A graduate of Newbury College,
Phil started his insurance career with the Massachusetts Workers' Compensation Rating Bureau in 1984. He held various assignments
at the Bureau for 9 years, leaving to join Eastern Casualty as a Workers' Compensation Underwriter in 1993. He joined PMC as a
Sales Executive in 2001.

Robert Jones
Vice President

|
A graduate of the University of Hartford, Bob started his insurance career in risk management. He subsequently moved to the
brokerage side of the industry serving many roles with several firms including producer, risk consultant, sales manager,
division leader and agency co-founder. During his career, Bob also served in senior sales and marketing leadership roles with
two national carriers. Most recently, Bob served as Managing Director with the insurance consultancy firm InStrategy Group.
Prior to that, he served as P&C Middle Market Practice Leader with Oswald Companies.

Kate Alben
Territory Manager

Kate brings over 25 years of experience in the Workers’ Compensation Insurance industry.
A graduate of UMass Amherst, Kate started her insurance career with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of MA
where she held both customer service and marketing positions. Over the last 15 years Kate has worked
as a Sales Executive for ManagedComp, where her responsibilities included developing self insurance groups
in MA and NH. Kate later joined Reliance National/CyberComp as New England Director of Marketing for their
Small Business Program. More recently she held a marketing position with a New England based wholesale agency.

Luanne Brady
Manager, Client Service Department

After graduating Fisher College, Luanne started her insurance career with Phoenix Mutual as a trainee. She joined AIG in 1981 as a
property/casualty underwriter, leaving in 1984 to become a Commercial Lines CSR with the Sullivan Agency. After 13 years with
increasing customer service and marketing responsibilities with several large regional brokers, Luanne joined PMC in 1999 as
manager of the Client Services Department. Luanne has her CIC designation, is a licensed P&C broker, and is presently completing her CPCU.
