Our client service department is comprised of highly trained professionals dedicated to meeting
the service needs of our agents and insureds. All our policies are assigned a dedicated Client
Service Representative with two back ups to assure the highest quality and uninterrupted service.
All service questions or requests such as endorsements, cancellations, audits, billing issues,
claims, renewals, etc should be directed to your client service representative. Our Client Service
Manager and Sales Executives are also available to assist on any issues that may arise.
