Target Classes/Operations:
- Hospitals
- Nursing Homes
- Home Health
- Doctors Offices
- Assisted Living
- Registered Nurses, Nursing Aides and other related services
- Class Codes 9040, 8045, 8835, 8833, 8832, 8829, 8826, 8825, 8824
- Additional classes may be eligible in some states
- New ventures and start-ups are eligible
Program Parameters:
- Minimum premium $2,500
- Available in all states, except AK & HI
- Guaranteed cost
- Loss Sensitive/Deductible programs for larger accounts
- Admitted Best A rated carrier
