Accident Investigation
Evaluate or develop a customized accident investigation process and program to allow your
employees to identify and prevent root causes of injuries. Assist in large loss review to identify
the root cause and develop a program to prevent the reoccurrence.
Return to Work Program Development
Our evaluation will review the current program, enhance or develop a written program and
conduct training to the employees. We will communicate and/or establish local occupational
medical providers to ensure the designated occupational medical facility has an understanding
of the operation and knowledge of the formal return to work program in place. Identify and
formalize transitional jobs to allow for injured worker, treating physician and employer with job
duties to meet the injured workers' restrictions. The objective is to get the injured worker back
to a productive work environment and medical release as soon as possible. This approach
will create a proactive safety culture within the organization and ultimately save the employer
in both direct and indirect costs.
Ergonomic Assessments
Conduct on-site or video review of work stations to identify potential ergonomic related
stress & injuries. The evaluation will also include job-site recommendations to reduce the
ergonomic factors that may lead to injury or loss of production within the operation. We offer
ergonomic evaluations, injury prevention and training programs, regulatory compliance
assistance, program development and work side redesign assistance.
Fleet Safety Management Programs
Evaluate and design fleet management programs to reduce both motor vehicle and
employee accidents with a focus on defensive driving.
Industrial Hygiene Testing (Air & Noise Sampling)
Qualified and certified Industrial Hygiene services and testing capabilities. We bring
this level of expertise to your operation to provide comprehensive and pratical compliance

OSHA Compliance & Record Keeping
Trained staff will conduct onsite assessment and program review and if needed address
each organization's unique circumstances to develop a comprehensive safety program to
reduce injury and loss potential. Ensure that your OSHA 300 Log is accurate and that the
operation is documenting the required record keeping and it is up to date.
